My name is Costas Panayiotou, born and raised in Larnaca, Cyprus. I was playing football until I started my studies in UK. I started training with Dimos in January 2020.

The guy is awesome! He gives you his power and the motivation to pass your limits. He spends hours explaining every single training session. I will continue the running because it gives me his passion to push myself every week at the finish line.
