My name is Akis and I was born and raised in Pafos in 1960. I was always into outdoor activities like scuba diving, speargun fishing, swimming, motor sports.

In 2017 I decided to walk the Logicom 5k fun run. And so I did but my friend Christakis insisted that we should jog the last 400m. That was it. I loved it. So i started jogging by my self without knowing what i was really doing.

Next year I run again the 5k finishing at 31 mins. Around August 2018 I met Demos (The Coach) and boy was I lucky. March 2019 I finished the 10k in 60 mins, the 5k in 24 mins and my longest run was 16 k. Thanks Coach. I hope you are patient with me for many more years.
